North Carolina Rotor & Wing is a flight training provider for Utah Valley State College's Global Aviation Degree Program.
What is the Global Aviation Degree Program?
- It is an accredited college degree program which allows you to complete all of your courses online after you complete your flight training.
- North Carolina Rotor & Wing provides the helicopter flight training portion of the degree.
- Students who are part of the Global Aviation Degree Program will have the same access to student services as students attending classes at the Utah campus.
How does the Global Aviation Degree Program work?
- First, you will complete all of your flight training (approx. 12 - 18 months). Private, Instrument, Commercial, Instructor & Instrument Instructor ratings.
- Next, you may begin working as a professional helicopter pilot while completing your remaining courses online.
- Your helicopter ratings apply towards your credit hours.
